After more than four decades of practicing orthopaedic medicine, Dr. Philip Havens will retire on July 1, 2026.
Dr. Havens joined Findlay Orthopaedics in 1986, which later became Ohio Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and is now part of Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio. Throughout his career, he has served the Findlay and Tiffin communities and surrounding areas, providing orthopaedic care to generations of patients.
Known for his dedication to patient care, Dr. Havens has helped countless individuals restore mobility and return to the activities they love. Beyond his practice, he has been deeply involved in the community—coaching soccer, covering the sidelines at football games, and serving as a lifelong volunteer with the Boy Scouts, including work with the Black Swamp Area Scout Council and participation in National and World Scout Jamborees.
We thank Dr. Havens for his years of service to his patients and the communities he served.
Please join us in wishing him well in his retirement!
