Brook Crawford, CNP

I am a national board-certified Nurse Practitioner working with Dr. Bret Bahn and Pain Management services. I have worked with him since 2021. I have Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Physiology from Ohio Northern University and Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, as well as a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. While attending ONU, I was a 4-year Varsity letterman on the football team. I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and have nearly 5 years of experience in surgery, including roles as a First Assistant and Nurse Practitioner, prior to working in Pain Management.

My wife, Alaina, and I have been married for 7 years and have 3 children: Boston, Boone, and Ellie. We are busy with sports, including Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, and Gymnastics. I also own a baseball glove repair business that I operate outside of my office time named All-Star Glove Repair.

I look forward to the opportunity to help patients manage their pain symptoms and progress toward pain improvement and resolution with increased physical activity and regaining their day-to-day function through interventional options, as well as pharmaceutical options.
