Meet Penny Laddicks, PTA/BS PTA

Penny is a board -certified Physical Therapist Assistant. She is originally from Van Wert, Ohio. Penny received her Associates of Science Degree/Physical Therapist Assistant from Lima Technical College and her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Northwestern Ohio in Healthcare Administration. She completed her clinical rotations at Caylor Nickel Hospital TCU and outpatient clinic in Bluffton, Indiana, Mercy County Community Hospital outpatient clinic in Coldwater, Ohio, Drake Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, and St Rita’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Center in Lima, Ohio.

Penny has over 25 years experience in neurological disorders, such as CVA, TBI, SCI, Parkinsons, ALS, MS and is NDT trained. She is skilled in aquatic therapy, McKenzie trained for spinal disorders, sports injuries, Mulligan/manual therapy trained, post surgical rehabilitation, IASTM, and strives to educate patients on self-maintenance for a productive quality of life.

Penny enjoys time with her 3 children, weight training, traveling and is very active with the OSPCA and Humane Society of Allen County. Penny’s youngest daughter is a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers Powerhouse Dance Team and has been involved with competitive dance and cheer for over 2 decades. She strives to implement an individualized comprehensive conditioning program for dancers and cheerleaders.
