All patients, visitors, and staff ages 2 years old and above must wear face masks while in our offices. Face masks must cover both the mouth and nose. Those who are unable to wear a face mask for medical reasons must provide supporting medical documentation.
Patients may bring one visitor to an appointment. Minors may be accompanied by up to two parents. All visitors must observe the same safety precautions as patients. These include social distancing, temperature checks, symptom screens, and face masks.
We may screen patients, visitors, and staff for symptoms of COVID-19 when upon arriving at our offices. Any person experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 will be asked to leave. For the most recent list of symptoms, please refer to the CDC.

Patients, visitors, and staff may have their body temperature checked upon arriving at our offices. We will turn away any person with a temperature of 100.4°F or higher.

We have rearranged our offices to allow for social distancing. We have also installed barriers at our check-in desks to protect both patients and staff. When visiting us, please be mindful of those around you and maintain a distance of 6 feet (2 meters) from others at all times.
Our offices are continuously sanitized and regularly deep cleaned. We have made hand sanitizer available throughout our offices. We are limiting our use of linens in favor of paper, sterile drapes, and coverings.
