Meet Michael F. Stretanski D.O.
Dr. Michael Stretanski is a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician specializing in Interventional Pain Management and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. A Pennsylvania native, he attended Philadelphia College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA before training at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, OH. He then began his residency at University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and completed it at the Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. He passed eight total exams in the United States and Budapest, Hungary to become a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP). Dr. Stretanski brings nearly two decades of experience to OIO and we are proud to welcome him.
Dr. Stretanski’s extensive training and experience have provided him with a broad range of knowledge and skills to utilize in the treatment and prevention of spinal and musculoskeletal conditions. He uses interventional spine and pain techniques including osteopathic manipulation, implantable technologies, pain blocks, and radiofrequency ablation to decrease pain and increase mobility and functional independence. His goal is to help patients improve their quality of life through achieving their wellness goals and healing their bodies.
In his free time, Dr. Stretanski enjoys painting, woodworking, and beekeeping and he is a flight instructor and a volunteer at the Ohio Historical Society.
